The layer was generated from GPM IMERG Final precipitation data by clipping the dataset to the study area and extracting the maximum precipitation value at each grid cell during the historical period. It highlights locations that experienced the strongest observed rainfall events within the satellite record. This layer is useful for identifying areas potentially affected by intense rainfall, runoff concentration, temporary surface wetting, and storm-driven hydrologic disturbance of dune and interdune areas.</SPAN></SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
