The input data were derived from ERA5 reanalysis, clipped to the study area, and processed to calculate the 95th percentile wind speed at each grid cell. The p95 metric represents upper-tail wind conditions rather than average wind behavior and is more relevant to dune mobility because sand transport is controlled by threshold exceedance.
