This dataset represents ground deformation velocity over the coastal region of Mecca derived from Small Baseline Subset (SBAS) InSAR time series analyses. The analysis was performed using Sentinel-1 geocoded unwrapped interferogram (GUNW) products at 90 m resolution provided by JPL’s ARIA project. A total of 322 interferograms from 142 Sentinel-1 ascending orbit scenes (October 2016 – July 2021) were processed using the open-source MintPy software package.
The resulting product maps areas of uplift and subsidence along the Mecca coastline |
