We are proposing to use GRACE data and other relevant remote sensing data sets in a web-based GIS environment to (1) identify areas in Arabian Peninsula that exhibit large temporal GRACE mass variations, (2) investigate the nature (natural or man-made) and magnitude (positive or negative trends) of these mass variations, (3) use the acquired understanding to make futuristic predictions, and (4) train the Saudi researchers on the applied methodologies.
