ESRS members Dr. Racha El Kadiri and Mustfa Kemal Emil lead a one month training session November-December on landslide hazard assessment in mountainous areas for four visiting Saudi Geological Survey members. This Training is a collaboration between ESRS and the Saudi Geologic Survey.
At the recent AGU fall meeting in December, 10 abstracts were presented by ESRS members in San Francisco, California.
In December 2014 two ESRS students graduated from Western Michigan University, Racha El Kadiri graduated with her Ph.D. in Geosciences and Cameron J. Manche with his MS in Geosciences.
